At A_Watch_Studio, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.
To request cancellation:
- Contact our customer support as soon as possible.
- Provide your order number and customer details.
Cancellation approval depends on the order status.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched:
- It cannot usually be cancelled.
- Customers may need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the product.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible prepaid cancelled orders:
- Refunds will be processed after verification.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
For COD orders:
- Cancelled orders before dispatch will not require payment.
- Repeated cancellations or refused deliveries may affect future COD availability.
4. Cancellation by A_Watch_Studio
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing information
- Payment verification issues
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Incorrect customer information
Customers will be informed if an order is cancelled by us.
